Privacy Policy
This policy explains how WorkMerit handles account, assessment and result-sharing data.
Data we collect
- Account details such as name, email, country and language.
- Assessment answers, timing, scores, reports and attempt history.
- IP address, device, browser, security and error logs.
- Payment status, amount and transaction reference; full card data is handled by the payment provider.
- Support messages and information you choose to provide.
How we use data
We use data to provide the assessment and report, protect assessment integrity, prevent fraud, resolve technical problems, process support requests, comply with legal obligations and carry out the result-sharing choice you make.
Sharing results with companies
Results remain private unless you actively choose to make them visible. You can turn visibility off at any time. We do not expose screen recordings, raw answers, payment details, security signals or device data to companies. Contact details are shared only after your additional approval or action.
Screen sharing
If screen sharing or recording is used, a separate notice will explain what is collected, why and for how long before it begins. The current model does not require camera or audio recording.
Providers and international processing
We may use providers for hosting, security, email, essential analytics, support and payments. Data may be processed internationally subject to appropriate contractual, security and legal safeguards.
Retention and rights
We retain data only as long as needed for the service, security, disputes and legal records. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or withdrawal of consent by emailing qaresa@pm.me.
Age and security
WorkMerit is for adults aged 18 and over. We use proportionate access, transport security, monitoring and recovery controls, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
